How does INTIGLY support agencies and studios?
We operate as your external production department, handling execution while you retain control of the client, strategy, pricing, and creative direction. Our team works within your existing workflow and can remain completely behind the scenes.
How quickly can we begin?
Production can usually begin within 24 hours after we sign the contract. You’ll be assigned a project manager and can start requesting projects.
Why choose INTIGLY instead of freelancers or internal hiring?
You avoid recruitment, permanent salaries, separate freelancer management, and unreliable availability. You receive managed access to multiple creative and technical specialists through one consistent production system.
What is included in the Growth subscription?
Growth is a fixed monthly plan providing 160 production hours that can be used across any of our available services. The hours must be used within the same billing month and do not carry forward.
How does the Hypergrowth plan work?
The Hypergrowth plan provides a fixed allocation of production hours that can be used whenever work is available. Unused hours can roll forward for up to three months, giving agencies more flexibility when workloads change.
Can one plan be used across multiple clients?
Yes. Your available hours can be distributed across any number of clients, brands, campaigns, or internal projects. All work is deducted from the same monthly or rolled-over hour balance, depending on your plan.
Can we add capacity during a temporary workload spike?
Yes. Additional work can be completed using the hours remaining in your plan. When your allocation isn’t enough, extra production hours can be purchased by discussing it with your project manager, without changing your existing subscription.
Can the work be delivered under our agency’s name?
Yes. INTIGLY can work entirely white-label, allowing your agency to present, price, resell, and deliver the work as its own. Custom deliverables and source files belong to you after payment.
How are revisions handled?
Improvements, corrections, and feedback within the original brief and approved creative direction are handled using your available production hours. New concepts, expanded deliverables, or major changes in direction are treated as additional work.
Who is INTIGLY best suited for?
INTIGLY is best for agencies with a steady pipeline, recurring production needs, or enough client work to use the allocated hours. It may not be the right fit if work is highly occasional, unpredictable, or too limited to justify ongoing production capacity.
